Refund/Exchange Policy
At this time we can not offer ANY refunds or exchanges with the exception of the following:
If we send you the wrong item or size you are eligible for an exchange as long as the item you're exchanging is still in the original polybag packaging and is unopened and unworn. Items that are removed from the original polybag and tried on are NOT eligible for exchange as we can not restock these items.
If there is a manufacturer defect in an opened item, we will be open to an exchange and/or refund.

Kindly send us an email to contact@robertfrank615.com to advise us a package is on the way as we only check for exchanges as we're expecting deliveries. Please be aware that for the health/safety of our customers we are not accepting exchanges because we can not restock items tried on or opened from its original packaging.
If YOU ordered a wrong size/style and opened the package or tried on the item, you are not eligible for an exchange/refund. We refuse to resell worn or tried on merchandise to our customers.
International Customers
Items that are delayed or held in customs are not eligible for an exchange/refund
